C.MI™ Course Terms and Conditions Overview:
By submitting your registration and tuition payment for C.MI., you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to the following, as well as the additional information provided on the C.MI. Common Questions Page.
Additional important details are provided on the C.MI. Common Questions Page
1. Refund and/or withdrawal policy for the C.MI course:
Upon receipt of your tuition payment and course application, you are considered to be officially enrolled in the program. For Full-Tuition Payments ONLY - Should you decide to withdraw from the program within the first two (2) calendar days of your tuition payment, a full refund will be given, less a $50.00 administration fee. Withdrawals anytime between 3 and 7 days will receive a 75% refund, less a $50 administration fee. Withdrawals between 7 and 14-days receive a 50% refund, less the $50 administration fee. After that point, no refunds will be given. For those on installment plans, please make sure to read those specic terms, which are available from the installment plan page. Please note that no refunds are given (from our office) for any course books purchased through third-party vendors. Those choosing from available tuition installment options will have specific terms and conditions. Please review those details during check-out. This withdrawal policy may change at anytime and without prior notice.
2. The student must successfully complete all components of the course, according to current guidelines, with a minimum overall passing grade of 75% in order to earn certification. From time-to-time, we may revise assignment and practice guidelines - and will notify students from within the online campus system.
3. Conduct: C.MI is a highly interactive course that includes students from many backgrounds, cultures, and practice experiences - and relies on open and friendly communication by all. All communications (e.g., e-mail, internal campus messaging, etc.), assignments, and forum posts (or any other method of interaction that may be added to the course in the future) are expected to be civil and respectful of others. Those found to be acting contrary to those basic guidelines - or otherwise making the course experience unconfortable or unsafe for others, will be immediately removed from the program, at our sole discretion, without refund - and without the possibility of return to the course. A Discussion Forum Guide is provided within the course campus that covers our expectations in more detail. Overall, we want to keep the online course campus a safe and enjoyable place for all.
4. Enrollment Period: The standard enrollment term for C.MI is one-year. The course itself is self-paced within that one year period, though students are expected to work through the course requirements on a reasonably consistent schedule. Students who go beyond the one-year enrollment period may extend their course access by selecting an available reinstatement plan. More details are provided on the Common Questions page.
Additional important details are provided on the C.MI. Common Questions Page (link opens in a new window) -- Please make sure to read and understand ALL course information prior to registering.
Common Online Enrollment Questions:
Q) Is it safe to send my enrollment and payment over the Internet?
A) For online safety reasons, our online enrollment system is divided into two parts - this initial enrollment form - and the secure payment page (within the PayPal system). The information on this registration page is sent directly to our C.MI Administration Offices using our online form management system. ALL tuition fee payments are processed securely by PayPal's encrypted payment processing system. All payment data is held securely by PayPal only.
Q) What if I lose my Internet connection during the enrollment process?
A) Once you have submitted the form on this page, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include instructions and links to Step 2, so you can go back and complete your enrollment once your Internet connection returns. The C.MI. Admissions Office will also receive immediate notification once you have submitted the information from Step 1. We can then contact you to see if you need any assistance in completing your online enrollment.
