Note that normal UHToffice hours are typically Monday through Friday from 10am - 7pm US ET. The Admissions and Administrative Offices are technically closed on weekends -- however, we will occasionally keep abbreviated hours on weekend days as needed.
The UHT Admissions and Administrative Offices observe all US Federal Holidays and other break periods -- and will be CLOSED for the following dates:
Year-End Holiday Break: All offices CLOSED Thursday, December 21, 2023 through Friday, January 5, 2024 (offices re-open Monday, January 8, 2024).
Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.: Monday, January 15, 2024
Washington's Birthday: Monday, February 19, 2024
Memorial Day: Monday, May 27, 2024
Juneteenth National Independence Day: Wednesday, June 19, 2024
Independence Day: Thursday, July 4th, 2024 (will be observed July 4th and 5th)
Labor Day: Monday, September 2, 2024
Indigenous People's Day / Columbus Day: Monday, October 14, 2024
Veterans Day: Monday, November 11, 2024
U.S. Thanksgiving Holiday: All offices closed Wednesday, November 27, through Monday, December 2. 2024.
Winter Solstice: All offices CLOSED (falls within year-end break).
Year-End Holiday Break: All offices CLOSED End of day Friday, December 20th, 2024, through Monay, January 5, 2024 (offices re-open Monday, January 6, 2025).

Prospective Students: Please allow additional time for replies to e-mail inquiries during - and just after holiday periods.
Newly Enrolled Students: Please allow additional time for the Admissions Staff to process your degree program enrollment during holiday break periods.
Current Students: Please allow an extended time for administrative requests to be filled both during and after scheduled holiday breaks. Additional time may also be needed for assignment grading depending on your Professor's personal holiday schedule. |
